Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House and Bartender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for tabs and tips.
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business through exceptional hospitality.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is needed.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
