We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to enhance guest experience
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
- Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
